*NOTE: Covers BOTH pool & park dues and can be split into two separate payments.
The first payment of $300 due May 15, 2025
The second payment of $250 due July 1, 2025.

What the dues are used for:
Community Association and Recreation Club dues provide the necessary funds for lifeguard payroll, insurance, property taxes, and maintenance of this unique community treasure.

Annual dues have been voted on and established by the Meadow Wood Community Association and Recreation Club board of Trustees.

Additional Fees:
Pool guests: $3.00 per guest per day.
Children under 2 are free.
Guest fees will be waived for any children, grandchildren, and grandparents of members.

Birthday Parties: $100.00 for a two hour block.
Includes lifeguard and twenty swimmers.
For parties of more than twenty swimmers, an additional lifeguard will be necessary at an additional cost.
