2025 Meadow Wood Annual Dues:
At Meadow Wood, your dues help maintain and enhance the unique amenities our community enjoys. From keeping our pool and park safe and well-maintained to providing programming and events for families, every dollar goes toward supporting our shared spaces.

How Your Dues Are Utilized:
Your contributions directly fund:

• Lifeguard payroll to ensure safe recreation.
• Insurance and property taxes for community-owned spaces.
• Upkeep and maintenance of the park, pool, and recreational facilities.
• Special community programs and events.

Annual dues are established and approved by the Meadow Wood Community Association and Recreation Club Board of Trustees.

2025 Dues & Payment Information
Due Date: May 15, 2025.
Remit Payment To: 5300 Golfway Lane.

Park-Only Membership: $75.00

• Access to Meadow Wood Park recreational facilities.
• Make checks payable to Meadow Wood Community Association.

Pool & Park Membership: $550.00*

• Includes full access to both pool and park.
• Payment can be split into two installments:
  • $300 due May 15, 2025.
  • $250 due July 1, 2025.
• Make checks payable to Meadow Wood Recreation Club.
